The MACD Board met on September 13th, to discuss topics including:

• Financial Report
• Dues Deadline
• Approve additional $1500 for Kay Webb’s Contract
• Motion to approve staff compensation packages as recommended
• Motion to support the 2022 budget and move to Convention
• Convention
• Items moved to the November 17th Meeting at Convention due to time constraints today

The MACD Board of Directors met on February 8th for their regular meeting via Zoom. Topics discussed during the meeting included:

• NACD and Partner Updates
• Committee updates and nominations
• Legislative Update
• Executive Director Report on the Merger, Director Kastor, Cares Act Reimbursement, computer reimbursement, MACD communications, Personnel Committee Meeting and Job Descriptions, MACD Budget, and MWCC Fall Tour.
• Report on all funding out to Districts from DNRC in last 5 years.

Financial Report: Financial Report for 1.11.21 Board Meeting

The MACD Board of Directors met on December 14th for their regular meeting via Zoom. Topics discussed during the meeting included:

• Merged 2021 Budget
• CARDD Budget
• Chair of Water Resources vacancy in the Water Committee
• Rolling Rivers Trailers
• Floodplain and Soil Health Resolutions
• The LAHC will be meeting weekly during 2021 Legislative Session. Meetings open to all members.
• SWCDM Board will function as the Program Committee (PC) until new committee is established. There is a call for nominations to the Programs Committee (PC).
• 2021 Annual Convention in Great Falls.
• Monthly Conservation District Roundtables
