  • 1:00pm   Welcome to Spring Board Meeting and Introductions – MACD Board President Dean Rogge
  • 1:30pm  Comprehensive Water Review Update – Anna Packenham Stevenson (DNRC Water Resources)
  • 2:30pm   NRCS – Kyle Tackett 
  • 3:00pm  Break
  • 3:15pm  STAR Program Introduction – Max Neumeyer and Jake Deutmeyer via zoom
  • 4:15pm  Looking towards the 2025 Session
  • 5:00pm   Adjourn meeting for the day. Dinner on your own or as a group.

Wednesday, June 12th

  • 1:00pm  Soft Launch of CD Governance Calendar and Accountability Assessment – Steph Criswell (DNRC) and Terry Profota (Sage4Success)
  • 2:30pm   Break
  • 2:45pm   Strategic Plan Review – Terry Profota and Rebecca Boslough-King
  • 3:45pm  Operation Outreach – Terry Profota 
  • 4:30pm  Adjourn meeting for the day
  • 5:00pm   Executive Director Mid-year Review (Executive Committee Only – 30 mins)

MACD Full Board Meeting 
(Please note the room change)

  • 8:30am – Coffee 
  • 9:00 am – MACD Board meeting begins 
    • Please see separate agenda for 6/13/2024 MACD Board Meeting. Partner reports will start at 9:15am.
  • 12:00pm – Lunch in the MT State Capitol Rotunda and departure

Accommodation and Travel

  • MACD has a room block at the Ramada. The hotel will release these rooms on May 10th. Please reach out to Madi@macdnet.org if you would like to be added to the MACD list.
