Request for Stakeholder Feedback – 310 Survey

The Montana Association of Conservation Districts 310 Civil Penalties Working Group has developed proposed changes to how civil penalties are evaluated and assessed by conservation districts, and is seeking stakeholder feedback. The goal of the proposed changes is to create a civil penalty structure that supports fair and effective implementation of the 310 law, with clear guidance for both conservation districts and permittees across the state.
