2026 Convention Registration Is Open!
Registration is now open for the 2026 MACD Annual Convention! Join conservation district supervisors, staff, and partners from across Montana for opportunities to connect, share ideas, and celebrate conservation work happening statewide.
Once you submit your registration, you’ll automatically receive an email invoice with payment instructions. Invoices can be paid online or by check. Please refer to your invoice for details.
Registration Options
Register by November 12 to avoid late registration fees, which take effect November 13, 2026.
- Full Registration: $345
Includes all Convention programming, the pre-convention workshop with Ray Ledgerwood, both the MCDEO and MACD evening events, and all meals. - One-Day Registration: $125
- Additional MCDEO Event Ticket (December 1): $50
- Additional MACD Banquet Ticket (December 2): $60
Don’t Miss the Ray Ledgerwood Workshop
The pre-convention workshop with Ray Ledgerwood takes place Monday and is included with full Convention registration. We especially encourage conservation district supervisors and staff to take advantage of this opportunity.
Lodging Information
The room block at Fairmont Hot Springs Resort is full. If you still need accommodations, we encourage you to reserve a room through the overflow block at the Forge in Anaconda.
All Convention attendees will have access to the hot springs and pools at Fairmont!

MCDEO and MACD Awards: Nominations Due October 31
