February 2021 Board Meeting Minutes

The MACD Board of Directors met on February 8th for their regular meeting via Zoom. Topics discussed during the meeting included:

• NACD and Partner Updates
• Committee updates and nominations
• Legislative Update
• Executive Director Report on the Merger, Director Kastor, Cares Act Reimbursement, computer reimbursement, MACD communications, Personnel Committee Meeting and Job Descriptions, MACD Budget, and MWCC Fall Tour.
• Report on all funding out to Districts from DNRC in last 5 years.
