October 2020 MACD Board Minutes

The MACD Board of Directors met on October 13th for their regular meeting via Zoom. Topics discussed during the meeting included:

• Resolutions for consideration at 2020 Convention
• Virtual Convention Update
• Merger and Bylaws
• Legislative Committee Update
• Board decision to automatically consider Districts who pay dues before Convention in ‘Good Standing’
• Executive Director Goals and Objectives
• Comment period for Montana Forest Action Plan (closes 10/23)
