December 2020 Board Meeting Minutes

The MACD Board of Directors met on December 14th for their regular meeting via Zoom. Topics discussed during the meeting included:

• Merged 2021 Budget
• CARDD Budget
• Chair of Water Resources vacancy in the Water Committee
• Rolling Rivers Trailers
• Floodplain and Soil Health Resolutions
• The LAHC will be meeting weekly during 2021 Legislative Session. Meetings open to all members.
• SWCDM Board will function as the Program Committee (PC) until new committee is established. There is a call for nominations to the Programs Committee (PC).
• 2021 Annual Convention in Great Falls.
• Monthly Conservation District Roundtables
• Future Board Meetings will be held over Zoom. Please contact rebecca@macdnet.org for an invite. (You can use zoom OR call in via phone).
