DIY Strategic Planning Training Opportunities

March 5 at 9a.m and March 6 at 5p.m.

Please join the CD Bureau to learn how to craft a thoughtful and compelling roadmap for your conservation district’s future. These sessions will guide participants through a four-step process of crafting a strategic plan without the assistance of a hired planning facilitator. Take-home resources will include strategic planning discussion questions and an easily customizable plan template with sample conservation districts priorities, strategies, and goals for your district to consider.

Terry Profota is the founder of Sage 4 Success and has been working with hundreds of nonprofits, businesses, and organizations helping them to improve their effectiveness since 2004. She retired as a professor at Montana State University’s Jake Jabs College of Business and Entrepreneurship at the end of 2018. Profota has also developed and taught online nonprofit management courses for the University of Montana and was a Founding Board Member and past Chair of the Montana Nonprofit Association.
