May Meeting Objectives
- Determine path forward on the role of the judiciary
- Discuss and refine draft policy concepts and language for provisional permits
- Gain shared understanding of and discuss recommended approach on reconciling changes with final decrees
- Gain shared understanding of proposed science-based criteria as related to exempt well discussion and evolving policy recommendations
- Discuss and understand potential policy concepts regarding exempt wells
- Continue to develop creative and inclusive solutions in addressing areas of concern
