The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and U.S. Department of the Army (Army) will host a hybrid listening session in Salt Lake City, Utah, to obtain input from the general public on the definition of “waters of the United States” (WOTUS) under the Clean Water Act. This will be the final listening session offered to the general public.
EPA and Army are conducting this hybrid listening session for public on Zoom and in person at the Utah Department of Environmental Quality Multi-Agency State Office Building 195 N 1950 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84116. Consecutive sessions will be offered at 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. MT and 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. MT.
