Call for Impact & Stories: Share Your Conservation Work

Montana’s Conservation Districts and conservation partners are leading important work across the state every day, from improving soil health and water quality to restoring watersheds, supporting working lands, and strengthening community conservation efforts.

MACD is launching a Call for Impact & Stories to help capture and share these efforts statewide. This initiative is designed to elevate the real-world outcomes of conservation work and highlight the people, partnerships, and projects making a difference in Montana.

What we are looking for

We encourage submissions that highlight:

• On-the-ground conservation projects and outcomes
• Soil health, water quality, and watershed improvements
• Habitat restoration and land management efforts
• Education, outreach, and community engagement programs
• Collaborative partnerships and innovative conservation approaches

How your story will be used

Submitted stories may be featured through MACD communications, including newsletters, digital publications, and statewide outreach efforts. Selected content may also be used to support broader conservation awareness campaigns.
