New CD Meeting Minute Submittal Process

Beginning immediately, CD meeting minutes can be submitted online rather than emailing them to DNRC. Emailed minutes will no longer be accepted after September 1.

To submit monthly CD meeting minutes using the new portal, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the online meeting minute portal  –  Conservation District Meeting Minutes Submission Form – Formstack. Be sure to bookmark this page!
2. Enter the name of your conservation district
3. Enter the meeting month and year
4. Click the file type. Make sure to select the right file type or the uploaded file will be corrupt.
5. Upload Minutes
6. Submit Form
