1. Overview
This application (“Application”) is operated by the Montana Association of Conservation Districts (MACD) for internal organizational use.
The Application is used solely to facilitate secure email transmission from MACD-managed websites through authorized Google Workspace accounts.
This Application is not a public software product and is not offered for commercial use by the general public.
2. Authorized Users
Access to this Application is limited to:
MACD staff
Authorized district representatives
Approved Google Workspace account holders within the MACD organization
Unauthorized access or use is strictly prohibited.
3. Purpose of the Application
The Application enables:
Secure OAuth authentication with Google Workspace
Authorized sending of email from MACD-managed websites
Integration between WordPress websites and Google Gmail API
The Application does not collect, sell, or distribute user data beyond what is necessary to perform email delivery functions.
4. Data Handling
The Application:
Uses Google OAuth for authentication
Does not store user passwords
Stores limited authentication tokens securely within the respective website environment
Does not access or read email content except as required for sending authorized outbound messages
All email activity is subject to Google Workspace policies and MACD internal policies.
5. Privacy
This Application operates in conjunction with MACD’s Privacy Policy, available at:
The Application does not independently collect personal data outside of its email transmission functionality.
6. Security
MACD implements reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect access credentials and authentication tokens.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Google Workspace account credentials.
7. Limitation of Liability
This Application is provided for internal operational purposes only.
MACD is not liable for:
Email delivery delays caused by third-party services
Service interruptions from Google Workspace
Misuse of authorized email accounts
8. Modifications
MACD reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Application at any time without notice.
