Resolutions and Committees Process

If your District would like to submit a resolution for consideration during your local Area Meeting and at Convention, please submit via google form OR email  to rebecca@macdnet.org by September 1st, 2025.

Resolution Submittal Forms

Resolutions should follow one of the three formats below, depending on their content. Resolutions can be submitted either through (1) google forms submittal or (2) by emailing a copy of the resolution to rebecca@macdnet.org.

If you are working on a National Directive Resolution, please also review the NACD 2024 Policy Book for any related or existing policies.

The deadline for resolutions is September 1st, 2025. Meeting this deadline is important, as any delays will mean that other districts do not receive resolutions with adequate time to review ahead of area meetings. If there are any issues with the deadline, please contact rebecca@macdnet.org as soon as possible.

Q and A Sessions on MACD Resolution Process

MACD will host info sessions on the MACD Resolution process on May 26th at 1pm and June 27th at 12pm. Basic information on the process will be provided with a majority of the session reserved for questions and discussion.
