Resolution Submittal Forms
Resolutions should follow one of the three formats below, depending on their content. Resolutions can be submitted either through (1) google forms submittal or (2) by emailing a copy of the resolution to rebecca@macdnet.org.
If you are working on a National Directive Resolution, please also review the NACD 2024 Policy Book for any related or existing policies.
The deadline for resolutions is August 15th. If your district has a board meeting the second half of August and you need an extension (up to Sept. 1), please contact rebecca@macdnet.org ahead of time.

Q and A Sessions on MACD Resolution Process
MACD held info sessions on the MACD Resolution process on July 23 and July 30th. Basic information on the process was provided with a majority of the session reserved for questions and discussion.
