Help Shape Upcoming Conflict Management Training

MACD encourages Conservation District supervisors, employees, and partners to participate in a brief, anonymous Conflict Management Survey.

The survey is being used to help customize the upcoming Conflict Management training presented by Kate Van Waes of Van Waes Consulting during the Supervisor & Employee Training (SET) on August 3. Whether or not you plan to attend SET, your feedback is important and will help ensure the training addresses the real-world challenges districts experience.

Survey responses are anonymous, and neither individual responses nor raw data will be shared with MCDEO or MACD.

Please complete the survey by Wednesday, July 1. The more participants who respond, the better the training can be tailored to meet the needs of Montana’s Conservation District community.
