The Montana Conservation Seedling Nursery has Released Details on Seedling Pick-up and Delivery.
General Information
To streamline the pickup process, orders are organized by the name associated with your order and the order number. You can find the order number located in the upper right-hand corner of your invoice (begins with CO). This number is needed to pick up your order. Additionally, your invoice will indicate the county to which your order is being delivered. For those collecting their orders at the nursery, your invoice will list Missoula as the location.
For your planning purposes:
10-27 cu. in. seedlings will be frozen, bagged, and packaged in cardboard boxes measuring 32x10x6 or 36x10x10 and will contain 24-216 seedlings per box.
Bareroot will be bundled at most in
400-500s and be 6ft long.
100 and 175 cu. in. seedlings will not be boxed and will be in plastic trays of nine.
Those planning to use truck beds and trailers to haul the large seedlings will want a way to cover their precious cargo (tarp, etc.).

April 15 – May 15 (Monday-Friday).
Bareroot must be picked up by May 1.
