CD Help Desk Goes Live!
In an effort to enhance the CD Bureau’s customer service to districts, to prioritize requests, and to improve response time, the CDB has launched a virtual help desk. Please use this online portal to request assistance from the CDB.
Once the CDB receives your request, they will respond promptly with an answer to your question or an estimated timeline to address your request. Districts can use the new help desk to:
- Ask a general question
- Submit a research request
- Make a suggestion on how CDB can improve
- Submit a technical service request
- Provide a general comment
