Annual 310 Permit Survey

It’s that time of year again – I need completed surveys on the number of 310 permits that were issued for every CD. I’ve attached an excel spreadsheet with a form for you to use. If you have not already, please fill out this form (make sure the totals add up) and email it back to me by March 1st. If you are unable to use excel or if you have any questions, please call me at 406-437-4435.

As a reminder, I need this form completed by every CD, even if you did not administer any permits in 2023.
