September Meeting Objectives
- Review and vote on the following bill concepts:
- Permit and Change Reconciliation
- Waiver of Adverse Effect
- Agency Coordination and Notice of Intent for Exempt Wells
- Identify sticking points on the following bill concepts:
- Streamlined Change Process
- Provide overview of green area concept to date and discuss identified areas needing
further refinement - Provide an update and overview of the concepts for the Role of the Judiciary draft bill
- Determine next steps to finalizing bill drafts
- Identify small working groups for finalizing edits to bill drafts for SWG review/voting
- Continue to develop creative and inclusive solutions in addressing areas of concern
