SUMMARY:DNRC Conservation and Resource Development Grants Rules Meeting
DESCRIPTION:DNRC Conservation and Resource Development Grants Administrative Rules Stakeholder Group Meeting\nAugust 15  \nDNRC Conservation District and Development Division is looking for input from stakeholders for a comprehensive revision of the Administrative Rules of Montana (ARM) for the Renewable Resource Grant and Loan Program (RRGL)\, Reclamation Development Grants Program (RDG)\, and Conservation District Bureau Grants (CDB). \nThe primary goals of this effort are to provide consistency\, clarity\, and accessibility; update rules to reflect changes from House Bill 6\, including additional project match requirements; clarify DNRC’s compliance\, monitoring\, and oversight of grant funds for improved accountability; and repeal unnecessary or outdated rules.
