WHEREAS The Montana Association of Conservation Districts will be dissolved on January 1, 2021 and its assets conveyed to the Soil and Water Conservation Districts of Montana; and

WHEREAS the name of the Soil and Water Conservation Districts of Montana will be changed to the “The Montana Association of Conservation Districts; and

WHEREAS a new set of bylaws is needed to reflect the combination of the two entities;

THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the attached set of bylaws be voted upon by the membership of MACD.
