These sessions will guide participants through a four-step process of crafting a strategic plan without the assistance of a hired planning facilitator. Take-home resources will include strategic planning discussion questions and an easily customizable plan template with sample conservation districts priorities\, strategies\, and goals for your district to consider. \nTerry Profota is the founder of Sage 4 Success and has been working with hundreds of nonprofits\, businesses\, and organizations helping them to improve their effectiveness since 2004. She retired as a professor at Montana State University’s Jake Jabs College of Business and Entrepreneurship at the end of 2018.
