Strategic planning can provide clarity and purpose to support work priorities and fundraising opportunities\, especially during times of uncertainty. The session will also cover various funding opportunities and approaches for securing financial support for critical collaborative capacity. After a brief presentation and Q+A\, participants will get the opportunity to workshop their collaborative group’s goals and aspirations\, while also sharing current challenges and barriers to moving their collaborative work forward.
