She has been a voice of reason and guide for over 25 years for a multitude of farm families across the U.S. to make successful transitions to the upcoming generations. Her program: Finding Fairness in Farm Transition takes a dive into finding a “new language to manage expectations and navigate finding fairness in farm transition so that everyone will be successful”. She will also be the keynote speaker for our Ag dinner.
