This will be held the same day as our Ag dinner which will be starting at 5 pm. \nOur guest\, Elaine Froese\, is coming from Canada to lead us on the topic of Finding Fairness in Farm Transition. She is known as “Canada’s farm whisperer” and known nationwide for her knowledge of farm succession. She has been a voice of reason and guide for over 25 years for a multitude of farm families across the U.S. to make successful transitions to the upcoming generations. Her program: Finding Fairness in Farm Transition takes a dive into finding a “new language to manage expectations and navigate finding fairness in farm transition so that everyone will be successful”. She will also be the keynote speaker for our Ag dinner.
