DESCRIPTION:The 32nd Annual 2024 North American Invasive Species Management Association (NAISMA) Conference will be co-hosted with the Montana Invasive Species Council. We expect 350+ attendees from a broad range of backgrounds\, invasive species\, and natural resource professions to attend from across North America and beyond. This year’s theme will highlight the foundations needed to implement management strategies that work\, partnerships that impact diverse geographies\, and policy and funding successes that can be tailored to fit your landscape. \nMore Information and Registration \n\n*Free Registration Information* \nThe North American Invasive Species Management Association (NAISMA) is coming to Montana this fall. The NAISMA conference will be held Sept 30 – Oct 3 in Missoula. Montana Conservation District staff and board members can take advantage of a free registration thanks to a grant from the Noxious Weed Trust Fund. See the link below for more details and to find the free registration code. Field trips are not included in the free registration but be sure to register for one of the four field trips offered on Wednesday. There is a $100 fee for the all-day field trip that includes transportation and lunch. Spaces in the field trips will fill up fast. \nMore Information Here
