Celebrated annually since 1955 between the last Sunday in April and the first Sunday in May\, NACD Stewardship Week reminds us of our individual responsibilities to care for natural resources. \nNACD’s 67th Stewardship Week will be held April 24 – May 1\, 2022 with the theme “Healthy Soil: Healthy Life.” Join us in celebrating the 2022 theme by organizing an event in your community celebrating the significance of soil conservation. \nPlease visit NACD’s Stewardship Week webpage for tips\, tools\, and ideas to assist with making your Stewardship Week celebration successful and the talk of the town.\nWe want to know how you plan on celebrating Stewardship Week. DESCRIPTION:The FY 23 cycle for Conservation District Administration (CDA) grants is now open. For information about the program\, eligibility\, guidelines\, and forms visit: http://dnrc.mt.gov/grants-and-loans. The application can be found online\, as well as attached to this message. \nAs previously announced\, DNRC is moving to Submittable to receive and manage all grants including CDB\, ARPA\, RDB\, and watershed. We are slowly migrating. For this cycle\, applicants will need to create a Submittable account\, complete a short form\, and upload the completed application and budget spreadsheet form. Here is the direct application link on Submittable. \nApplications are due Friday\, April 29 by 5 p.m. (Note: Submittable automatically closed the application at 5 p.m. \nCDB hosted a Submittable training on February 17.
