The case for consistent climate-smart regulations across jurisdictions.

Invasive plant regulations are most likely to reduce invasive species spread if they are consistently enacted across political borders and proactively restrict species early in the invasion process. In this talk, we’ll discuss list consistency with a focus on Montana and neighboring states. We’ll also examine list proactivity based on current distributions and potential range shifts with climate change.
